It's not the load that breaks you down, it's the way you carry it.

About Fiona Wood Counselling

I am here to support you through life’s challenges with gentleness, curiosity and a road map to change and self-awareness. I am flexible with the route we take, as the direction and pace is set by you.

I will offer suggestions and invite you to explore different options and ways of thinking, feeling, seeing and being. Together creating a clearer path forward, a quiet place to sit and process, a space for activity and action, or whatever else you need at any point in time.

With couples counselling, I direct the road map more, with each of you sharing the driving. My main role is to facilitate a deeper understanding, healing and connection between the two of you.

More information on the modalities and what to expect from my style of counselling can be found on the adult counselling, teenager counselling and couples counselling pages.

"The appreciation and wonder I felt watching this desert flower blossom is similar to the feeling in the room when somebody has an insight or awareness in therapy allowing the healing and beauty to unfold."

In the right conditions, beauty unfolds
